Cranleigh School Chapel side view

CRANLEIGH SCHOOL sits on a two hundred acre site on the edge of Cranleigh Village in the Surrey countryside some 10 miles south of Guildford and near the main A3 London-Portsmouth road.

Founded in 1865 originally as the Surrey County School for farmers’ sons, it has been a mixed school since the early 1970s and has full facilities for both boarders and day pupils.

Heathrow and Gatwick airports are within easy access and there are fast direct trains running between Guildford and London Waterloo. CCW uses several of the School’s boarding houses. All of them are contemporary in style, comfortable, well-equipped and within a few minutes’ walk of the main building and Music School. Almost all of the rooms are single study bedrooms, although there are a small number of double rooms for twin-occupancy. Each House has its own Common Room area which CCW members can use for relaxing.
